Countries with tallest and shortest people in the world

According to a study the world seems to be increasing in height; however Sierra Leone, Uganda and Rwanda are among the sub-Saharan countries in Africa, alongside North Africa and Middle East that have shown a decline in height for the past 30 and 40 years.

Researchers at Imperial College London the countries need effective policies towards better healthy nutrition. Children and teenagers that have been well nourished, have better hygiene and healthcare tend to be taller, and tall people tend to live longer, be better educated and earn more according to Africa Review.

However immigration has also affected height of different countries as well.
