Khloe Kardashian's ex-husband Lamar Odom on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians helped her finally start to fix her relationship with brother Rob.
The 32-year-old reality star had spent almost all of the show complaining about how Rob had 'completely disconnected' from her after breaking the news he was engaged and expecting a baby with Blac Chyna.
And she refused to celebrate his news, insisting: 'He's not including me in his new life, so how can I be happy for someone or something I know nothing about?'
But after complaining to ex Lamar, 36, about her devastation, the former NBA great took decisive action and persuaded Rob to make the first move.
He surprised his ex by walking into her home hand-in-hand with Rob, 29, telling her: 'Khloe, look who I found.'
Proving she would not be easily won over, Khloe was frosty and almost completely moved away as her brother went in for an affectionate hug, just saying: 'Long time no see.'
Rob then sat with Lamar sharing banter, with Khloe calling the meeting 'super awkward' with the men pretending 'like nothing has happened.'
She then almost ruined her chance at reconciliation by being critical of Lamar, starting when he coughed loudly and she asked sarcastically: 'The smoking still going good for you, huh?'
'He's already out drinking, that's what he was doing all last night,' she added of the ex who is supposed to be living clean after his partying almost killed him.
Rob was clearly unimpressed, telling Lamar: 'See, this is what we were talking about the other day when you said why I don't call Khloe? Because a simple conversation could turn into a crazy …' he said, referring to a chat where he told Lamar his meeting with his sister always leads to 'crazy her and I yelling at each other.'
They soon warmed up but Khloe made it clear she was not ready to rush into making friends with her brother's fiancee before the completely got over their own issues.
When Lamar suggest they all hang out, Khloe snapped: 'No, that's not part of the plan. Not Blac Chyna too. Because I'm not going from A to Z.'
They ended up agreeing to hang out soon - without Blac Chyna - and clearly felt they had broken the ice in repairing their once-close relationship.
'Rob and I have a long way to go, but I want my relationship back with my brother - so I don't know, this is off to a good start,' Khloe insisted after the meeting.
When Rob first met with Lamar before the showdown with his sister, he positively beamed when asked about his love life, saying: 'It's amazing!'
But as for marriage plans, he teased Lamar by saying: 'I'm not gonna move a quick as you did.'
'You don't wanna do that,' laughed Lamar who married Khloe one month after meeting her at a party.
Rob is likely to have an easier time with the rest of his family, with Kourtney even recalling fondly her previous friendship with his new fiancee.
'I used to go on walks with her in the neighborhood,' she said.
