The happy couple tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family - including Jennifer Hudson and Kelly Rowland - on Wednesday at a fairy tale castle in Cheshire.
The bride wore a custom Roberto Cavalli gown as she exchanged vows with the Seattle Seahawks player at the UK's stunning Peckforton Castle in front of their celeb pals.
The two applied for a marriage certificate in King County, Washington, that was signed by a judge there on Tuesday, according to TMZ.
That meant they were legally husband and wife the day before they exchanged vows.
Ciara's dress was a white lace creation with billowing sheer sleeves, a corseted top and a lace-up neckline, leaving some of her cleavage on show.
It appeared to be a fishtail gown and boasted a long train and a matching veil, and the Goodies hit-maker wore her caramel tresses down in soft waves, and carried a bouquet of white flowers.
It's no surprise that Ciara chose Cavalli's creative director Peter Dundas to design her wedding dress, as she was named as the face of the brand last year.
The Dreamgirls star was joined by fiance David Otunga and their son, David Jr.
According to TMZ, the couple asked guests to hand over their mobile phones ahead of the ceremony so that no photos are posted to social media.
And before she had to part with her phone, JHUD made sure to snap a few photos in her glamorous coral Christian Siriano gown.
Ciara was apparently feeling the nerves earlier in the day, with a source telling E!: 'Ciara has been getting ready all morning.
