She then stood up and posed in front of a wall to display her full figure. Clearly, proud of her look, she captioned the first picture: 'Why should I watch my weight when I'm pregnant?'
Chyna recently shared images via social media revealing she now tips the scales at 170.8 pounds as her pregnancy progresses.
The entrepreneur, who has a three-year-old son with her ex Tyga, started dating Rob, Kardashian, 29, in January and they announced their engagement in April.
A couple of weeks later it was revealed that she was pregnant. Initially, Rob's famous celebrity family were cool towards his new found love, especially as his younger half-sister Kylie Jenner, 18, had been dating Tyga, 26, for some time.
But eventually the clan, led by momager Kris Jenner, appeas to have come around, and Chyna filmed her first scene for Keeping Up With The Kardashians at Rob's sister Khloe's 32nd birthday party in Hollywood.
The couple have also landed their own E! reality series that follows them as they prepare to welcome their bundle of joy.
