England captain Wayne Rooney enjoys some time off from Euro 2016 training with his young sons

 

He's currently taking part in the heated 2016 UEFA European Championship.

But Wayne Rooney took some time out from training ahead of England's upcoming match on Monday as he spent some quality time with his three young sons.
 

 

The 30-year-old looked every inch the proud father as he cuddled up to Kai, six; Klay, three; and five-month-old Kit in an adorable Instagram snap on Wednesday.

And the trio of mini-mes looked the spitting image of their footballing father, with their strawberry blonde hair swept to one side and cheeky grins.
