The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star explained that she is solely focused on her kids and herself following the end of their relationship in July 2015.
Kourtney said that 'the idea of having my family together is amazing, but that's not the way things ended up.'
The star isn't worried about whether or not she will end up with Scott, 33, adding that 'if it's meant to be, then things will line up.'
While they are no longer together, the E! star doesn't know how things will be when he gets a girlfriend or if she gets a boyfriend, adding that 'we're so not there yet.'
Kourtney and Scott were in a relationship for nine years and have three children together.
The brunette beauty and her ex are parents to: Mason, six, Penelope, four, and Reign, one.
She also said she does not let her kids see KUWTK.
'They've seen some of it, but no. I was in the shower, he [Mason] woke up, and it happened to be on. He was like, "Who is Blac Chyna? And Kiki [Kim] showed Larsa [Pippen] her vagina!"
She added: 'I was like, this is why they don't watch the show. Some of the content is just not appropriate.'
Kourtney also touched on the drama between her sister Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Taylor Swift.
The mother of three told Cosmopolitan: 'It's her husband, and he's family. The truth is the truth, so why not let it be known?'
Kourtney revealed that while she could see herself eventually having six children, she just doesn't 'know what's in God's plan.'
