President Muhammadu Buhari Appeal to elites to exhibit high sense of patriotism and responsibility

 

President Muhammadu Buhari  has appealed to well meaning Nigerians to prevail on the nation’s elites to exhibit high sense  of patriotism and responsibility in all their actions so as to give more impetus to the new vista of hope on the future of the country.

The president made the appeal while hosting serving and retired Justices of the Supreme Court to the breaking of the Ramadan fast in the state House.

The President lamented that Nigeria’s national life had suffered serious damages over the years as a result of selfishness and paying of lip service to accountability.

While promising to do his utmost best in fixing NIGERIA for a brighter future ,
President Buhari however said  this can only be achieved with the support of Nigerians.
Justice Salihu  Belgore who spoke on behalf of the other Justices of the Supreme Court, commended President Buhari for the steps taken so far by his administration in addressing the nation’s fundamental problems describing them as reassuring.
