Film director Piers Haggard receives OBE

Haggard, who turns 77 on Friday, is the founder of the Directors Guild of Great Britain as well as the director of Venom, The Blood on Satan's Claw and the Dennis Potter TV serial Pennies from Heaven.
Tuesday's investiture ceremony also saw conductor Sir Neville Marriner (below) made a Companion of Honour.
