Kim Kardashian Dropped 60 Pounds After Giving Birth to Saint — and She’s Showing It Off on the Cover of GQ


 
Kim Kardashian’s business is her body, so now that she’s down to her prebaby weight, she’s showing it off. 

No, there isn’t a new nude bathroom selfie. Well, not today. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star — who you can call Mrs. Pablo — covers the new issue of GQ and participated in a glamorous, and of course revealing, photo shoot for the spread. 
On the cover, the brunette wears nothing but her gigantic diamond engagement ring and clutches a black jacket, making it (mostly) OK for the grocery aisle. Posing nude is second nature to the 35-year-old reality star, so she looks relaxed and confident — though we wonder if her lips hurt thanks to that trout pout. 
 
In a new interview with People, which was also out today, Mrs. Kanye West talks about dropping 60 pounds since the birth of her second child, son Saint, in December. 
“There was a moment after [Saint was born] when my body was mush,” Kardashian told the mag. “I felt like Gumby. There was definitely a moment when I looked in the mirror and I was like, ‘I am never going to be the same.'” 
She credits her “militant” eating regimen — she follows the Atkins 40 diet — for getting her back to where she wanted to be.
“I want to get back down to 120,” said Kardashian, who shared with her social following last month that she was down to 132 pounds. “My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I’m not stopping!” 
Her voluptuous rear made her especially self-conscious. She told the mag that it was “huge” after she gave birth and that she was embarrassed for her husband to see it. 
“I would walk backwards so he couldn’t see. And I would be so insecure about changing in a fitting like, ‘Babe, you can’t look at me!’” However, the rapper has been a “good motivator” when it comes to her weight loss. “I’d know when I was starting to look better because my husband would be like, ‘Babe, you look so good!’ He would never make me feel insecure. But I would always know when he was seeing a difference.” 
As for the specifics of what she eats, her diet limits her caloric intake to 1,800 calories a day, but sometimes she’ll have 300 calories less than that. She avoids carbs and instead eats things like lemon-thyme halibut with sautéed green beans or zucchini noodles with spicy chicken sausage, and she drinks 64 ounces of water a day. 
With her strict diet, we doubt she’ll be indulging in birthday cake on her daughter North’s 3rd birthday, which is today. However, she did post a very cute video of her with the adorable little girl in which she begs her not to grow up.
